What You Get With Coaching

Tutoring might be for you if:
  • you have never developed effective or efficient study habits to help you study in nursing school
  • you feel like you know the material, but you still do not do as well on exams as you would like or feel like you should based on your knowledge of the theory content
  • you failed your last exam or did poorly on it and need to make a higher score next exam to ensure you pass the semester
  • you do not feel confident with the material being covered on your next exam and you would like to review/talk through it to ensure you are well versed in the material

Meet Your Tutor

Hello!

My name is Brooke. I am a registered nurse with experience in ICU, ER, med-surg, pre-op and recovery. I obtained both my BSN and MS (with an emphasis in nursing education) from the University of Oklahoma. From 2011-2016, I taught nursing in a community college. My primary focus was spent teaching in the fourth and final semester of nursing school (i.e. the critical care/emergent health content). I have also worked teaching for a major NCLEX prep company, so I am well versed in testing techniques. I absolutely LOVE teaching. My goal is to help exponentially more nursing students through the development of quality online nursing school resources.

Depending on your needs, during our tutoring sessions I can help you either: create effective study habits, identify and resolve any testing issues that you are currently experiencing, or ensure you are adequately prepared for an upcoming exam by reviewing the theory topics you will be tested over.

I look forward to helping you in whatever way you need during our tutoring sessions.

Thanks, Brooke
